On Summaries there are main information about the whole document.

Final Discounts

It is possible to insert only discounts with percentage. Discounts inserted in this section are calculated on each document.

VAT Summary

It is possible to propose the VAT summary of document for each VAT code.

Charges

It is possible to propose charges inserted into vendor register, on 'Charges/Discounts' tab. In addition there is the possibility to insert charges that refer only to the document in use.

Final Notes

It is a free field that can be compiled by the user thanks to 'Codified Note Help'.

Order Status

It is possible to report the order status as it would be on order header with also the execution date and order confirmation date.

Totals Document

Items Gross Amount: it represents the values amount of all items;

Total Discounts Applied: it represents the total value of discounts applied without final discounts;

Items Net Amount: Items gross amount – Total discounts applied;

Total Final Discounts: it represents the value of total discounts;

Charges Not Documented: it represents the value of charges inserted as items with 'charge' type;

Charges Documented: it represents the charges value inserted into Charges grid;

Amount Origin: Items net amount – Final discounts + Total charges not documented + Total charges documented;

Tax: it represents the values amount contained in VAT summary;

Total: Amount origin+VAT.

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions. The list of features is the following:
